The dreamflow Buildathon 2025 is officially live! For the next 50 days, builders from around the world will be creating and launching real apps using dreamflow, everything from productivity tools to marketplaces, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and entirely new ideas. If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to finally ship the app you’ve been thinking about all year, this is it.
This year’s Buildathon isn’t just about the final submission. We’ve designed the entire experience to be packed with opportunities to earn rewards, sharpen your skills, and stay inspired throughout the 50 days.
Build In Public and Earn Rewards
Builders who share their journey publicly during the Buildathon period will have the chance to earn dreamflow digital giveaways and swags simply by posting. Share your progress or milestones on X/Twitter, LinkedIn, or YouTube using the hashtags #Buildathon and #BuildInPublic, and tag dreamflow socials so we can find you.
We’ll be spotlighting standout builders weekly, and selected posts will receive dreamflow digital giveaways and swags as a thank-you for building in public and inspiring the community. The more consistently you share, the more likely you are to be featured and rewarded throughout the event.
Weekly Mini UI Challenges
Every Tuesday on X, we’ll launch a new Mini UI Challenge inspired by screens from real apps—dashboards, profile pages, listings, checkout flows, and more. All you need to do is design your own take on the weekly theme in dreamflow, then either reply to the announcement post or retweet it with your screenshot.
Everyone who participates receives a digital giveaway, and one winner each week gets a quick cash prize plus a shoutout across our social channels. It’s a fun way to level up your design and dreamflow skills while picking up rewards along the way. These challenges will run every week throughout the Buildathon.
Live Workshops & Webinars
Over the 50 days, we’ll host live workshops and partner-led sessions to help you build better and get the most out of dreamflow. These will cover everything from UI tips and app structure to workflows, AI integrations, and polished final submissions. The full schedule will be announced soon, and sessions will run throughout Buildathon to support you at every stage of your project.
Chance to Win From $25,000 in Prizes
At the end of the Buildathon, participants will compete for a share of the $25,000 prize pool, including cash prizes, dreamflow digital giveaways, partner rewards, merch, and spotlight features across our channels. You’ll also have the chance to showcase your app to a global audience of builders, mentors, and industry leaders.
How to Get Started
1. Register on the Buildathon website.
2. Join solo or with a teammate.
3. Build your dream idea in dreamflow.
4. Publish your app to the web, the App Store, or the Google Play Store before January 5th, and submit a 60-second demo video to qualify.
The following 50 days will be filled with UI Challenges, partner reveals, live workshops, build-in-public highlights, prize drops, and so many opportunities to learn, improve, and get inspired.
